Die Pyromantiker® Berlin
Die Pyromantiker® Berlin ist eine freie Theatergruppe, welche 2001 von Marlis Hirche und Oliver Dassing gegründet wurde. Neben Regie-Arbeiten für Theater (u.a. Theaterlabyrinthe in Basel, Halle und Magdeburg) werden Clownsstücke, Theater- und Straßentheater-Produktionen sowohl für Erwachsen als auch für Kinder gespielt. Eine Spezialität der Pyromantiker® Berlin ist die Verbindung von Theater und Feuerwerk. Die entwickelten Inszenierungen reichen von skurrilpoetischen Feuerwerk-Spektakeln über spezielle Auftragsproduktionen (z.B. Fußball-WM 2006, RUHR 2010, Festivalproduktion „Vor Anker“ am Magdeburger Schiffshebewerk Rothensee 2009) bis hin zu archaischen Pyro-Shows, wie z.B. die Erfindung von clownesken „Slapstik-Feuerwerken“. Auszeichnungen: 1993 Brüder-Grimm-Preis des Landes Berlin, 1996 AGORA-Ensemble-Preis Belgien und 2009 UNESCO-Auszeichnung für „Elefanten vergessen nie“. Gastspiele u.a. in Frankreich, Dänemark, Kroatien, Israel, Ägypten, Marokko und Italien.
The Pyromantiker® Berlin is an independent theater group (founded in 2001 by Marlis Hirche and Oliver Dassing). Apart from directing theatre (Theatre Labyrinths in Basel, Halle and Magdeburg) they have produced clown performances, theater and street-theater productions, played for both adults and children. A specialty of the Pyromantiker® Berlin is the connection between theater and fireworks. The productions range from whimsical crazy-poetic fireworks performances, to thematic made-to-order productions (100 years of Rhine-shipping in the port of Basel, World Cup 2006 and RUHR 2010). Awards: 1993 Brothers-Grimm-Award of Berlin, 1996 AGORA-Ensemble-Award Belgium and 2009 UNESCO-Award. Performances at international festivals in: France, Denmark, Croatia, Israel, Egypt, Morocco and Italy.
